T2 RTBT target

The T2 Root Boot target was created when we noticed that Tomsrtbt does not appear to undergo active maintenance anymore (it's last release is from 2002). Since interest in such a very tiny Linux flavour is very high, a T2 target was started to mimic Tomsrtbt in size and function.

The target was started in 2006 and a first release version is expected for Q1/2007.
