The ASRock/AMD BC-250 features an AMD BC250 APU, a cut-down variant of the APU in the Sony PS5. It integrates 6x Zen 2 cores, at up to 3.49GHz (ish), as well as a 12CU RDNA2 iGPU. The 16GB GDDR6 RAM is shared between the GPU and CPU.
