09:45 < rxr> re
09:46 < rxr> koan: it's in lvm2, now
09:58 -!- csiadmin [n=csiadmin@81.144.152.52] has joined #t2
10:00 < koan> ah thanks rxr, I'll try
10:15 < koan> hm if I add lvm2 as a dependency in the parted.cache file, why doesn't it get built automatically when I redo a Build-Target?
10:18 -!- _|` [n=joeDeuce@pdpc/supporter/student/joeDeuce] has quit [Read error: 110 (Connection timed out)]
10:26 < rxr> it's the target config to decide what to really build
10:26 < rxr> most deps are optional anyway
10:26 < rxr> but we plan optional resolution and marking optionals
10:29 < koan> ok, I've done it with Build-Target -job 3-lvm2, and parted now happily builds
10:31 < koan> so I guess lvm2 has to be added to target/generic/pkgsel/00-minimal.in
10:33 < rxr> it was not in it before
10:33 < rxr> I guess the updated parted configure is just stupid and fails instead of falling back to no optional device-mapper suppoer
10:35 < CIA-69> rene * r34067 /trunk/target/desktop/pkgsel: * removed device-mapper reference from desktop/pkgsel, now part of lvm2
10:37 < rxr> I hope r34068 helps
10:37 < CIA-69> rene * r34068 /trunk/package/filesystem/parted/parted.conf: * let parted build without lvm2's device-mapper
10:37 < rxr> (untested)
10:38 < CIA-69> rene * r34069 /trunk/package/perl/event-perl/event-perl.desc: * updated event-perl (1.11 -> 1.12)
10:38 < CIA-69> rene * r34070 /trunk/package/audio/libmpd/libmpd.desc: * updated libmpd (0.18.98 -> 0.18.100)
10:39 < CIA-69> rene * r34071 /trunk/package/games/scummvm/scummvm.desc: * updated scummvm (0.13.1 -> 1.0.0rc1)
10:39 < CIA-69> rene * r34072 /trunk/package/security/srm/srm.desc: * updated srm (1.2.9 -> 1.2.10)

12:43 < rxr> not the orig. sender
12:44 < rxr> comes from using kind of non-super-huge not so widespeard stuff ...
14:37 < csiadmin> hi all
14:47 < rxr> hi admin
15:05 < csiadmin> hey rxr how's your day going?
15:08 < rxr> thanks, and yours?
15:13 < csiadmin> not bad - second build of the day, errors with rpm (req'd beecrypt) and unixodbc (needed to --enable-gui=no)
15:20 < Baldzius> Pathname where the private library files will reside? (~name ok)
15:20 < Baldzius> [/usr/lib64/perl5/0.0.0]
15:20 < Baldzius> Where do you want to put the public architecture-dependent libraries? (~name ok)

15:20 < Baldzius> what a hell
15:21 < Baldzius> anyone had build for 64bits lately?
15:24 < csiadmin> Baldzius: I'm building 64bits, t2-trunk from yesterday though
15:25 < csiadmin> Baldzius: and very limited packages
15:25 < Baldzius> perl passed fine on stage 2?
15:26 < csiadmin> Baldzius: yep no issues (so far)
15:26 < Baldzius> thanks
15:26 < Baldzius> I wonder could this be related with my internel linux headers update
15:27 < Baldzius> or it's 5.10.1 problem
15:27 < Baldzius> updated it earlier
15:28 < csiadmin> Baldzius: I'm building perl 5.10.0
15:32 < koan> Perl passed fine here on x86_64 today
15:32 < Baldzius> 5.10.1?
15:32 < koan> 5.10.0
15:40 < Baldzius> I am testing 5.10.1
