14:01 < Tauras> hello guys
14:06 < Tauras> I came across such wish: ability to update build with Build-Target. So that it would be possible to use old build (let assume stages 0-2 are freezed) as chached system. So that after a week I update packages/* and then update (all in stages 3+) scripts/Config -oldconfig; scripts/Download; scripts/Build-Target
14:07 < Tauras> since in this scenario we work in chroot, can we use Emerge-Pkg for stages 3+ (maybe 5+)?
14:07 < Tauras> as I understood all dependency magic is implemented in Emerge-Pkg script
14:08 < Tauras> O maybe I missed something in config?
14:09 < Tauras> I changed packages for xorg protos to newer (X11R7.1), but Build-Target ignored them

17:31 < rxr> mnemoc: exactcode.de will run in xen in about a week and I wanted to setup t2-powered.net services there then - regarding more mirroring this is of course always more than welcome - in the past I mirrored (and again should) to gsmp.tfh-berlin.de by dumping single revision dumps and post them via rsync over ssh or scp directly - this worked rather well and of course produced 1:1 replications - with a more solid DB under svn (mysql or co) one could hot replicate the DB - but AFAIK the SQL backend for SVN is still not avail or stable
