rapidyaml: Fast library for manipulating YAML1

Package available in: [trunk]

Rapid YAML or ryml, is a library to parse and emit YAML, and do it fast. Ryml has respect for your build times and therefore is NOT header-only. It has no dependencies, not even on the STL (although it does use the libc).
