rsynth: A mini-text-to-speech system1

Package available in: [trunk] [8.0] [7.0] [6.0] [2.1]

Public domain text-to-speech system assembled from a variety of sources. It supports CMU and BEEP format dictionaries and now utilises stress marks in the dictionary in synthesising intonation. Note: The quality is lousy, compared to festival or mbrola.
