15:06 < mqueiros> rxr: which one is yours? :)
15:06 < rxr> none :-(
15:07 < rxr> actually, I only got to the video thru my girl's facebook wall, ... :-(
15:07 < mqueiros> none... yet! :)
15:07 < rxr> you name it :-)
15:10 < mqueiros> some days ago I'v read in the mailing list that a user will be writing an introduction article abot T2 in French and I thought I might do the same but in Portuguese
15:10 < rxr> oh, that would be nice
15:10 < mqueiros> it could be an intro article/build article
15:10 < rxr> just go ahead and send some draft, would be great
15:11 < CIA-33> rene * r38860 /trunk/package/base/flex/flex.desc: * updated flex (2.5.33 -> 2.5.35)
15:11 < mqueiros> ok, will do it next week
15:11 < mqueiros> I hope...
15:26 < rogermas`> hello.
15:28 < rogermas`> the latest udev (166) fails on my x86 box: libudev/libudev-device.c:1216:23: error: 'O_CLOEXEC' undeclared
15:28 < rogermas`> has anyone seen this?
15:28 < rxr> rogermas`: may it be that your dietlibc is not that new?
15:28 < rxr> latest udev requires the latest dietlibc for such new APIs
15:31 < rogermas`> Ah. OK. I have not upgraded dietlibc in my BuildTarget, so that may be it. I'll update and report back.
15:31 < rxr> I do not know that combinations of versinos you use,
15:32 < rxr> but note that latest udev also requires a new mkinitrd as some admin utils got renamed, ..
15:32 < rxr> for this ever changing early-userspace stuff you need a quite matching set of versinos
15:32 < rxr> which is also one reason why we delayed the udev update for so long
15:33 < rxr> (to let it stableize a bit and not force us to change this all like monthly, ...)
15:33 < rogermas`> ./scripts/Emerge-Pkg -cfg syslinux_minimal -dry-run dietlibc says 0 packages scheduled to build.
15:34 < rogermas`> this box was svn -up'd about 20 minutes ago.
15:34 < rxr> dietlibc version number did not change
15:34 < rxr> no official release for some time
15:34 < rxr> you could -force, or -consider-chksum
15:34 < rxr> checksum compares the source checksum (e.g. changed patches, .conf) against the source checksum used to build the package in your system
15:37 < rogermas`> but maybe with your warnings it may be better to leave well alone. I'm only doing this because xf86-video-ati won't build without that patch I resubmitted a couple of weeks ago and you said it should not be needed with newer udev.
15:37 < rxr> yep, but maybe just leave udev the way it is and use the patch locally as long as it works
15:38 < CIA-33> rene * r38861 /trunk/package/x86/grub/grub.desc: * updated grub.desc Url to point to the grub site
15:40 < CIA-33> rene * r38862 /trunk/package/x86/grub2/ (. grub2.cache grub2.conf grub2.desc t2.xpm.gz):
15:40 < CIA-33> * added grub2 (1.98), disabled by default, will certainly need to
15:40 < CIA-33> rename some installed files to "grub2"

17:27 < CIA-33> rene * r38863 /trunk/package/multimedia/gnash/gnash.desc: * updated gnash (0.8.8 -> 0.8.9)
