19:19 < Fatal> evening
19:21 < Fatal> hmm, is the config dialog slow on all systems, or is it just me who got really bad luck? :)
19:22 < Fatal> (as in, the dialog interface takes ~4-5 seconds to reappear after each choice)

20:02 < sepp> it is not dialogs fault
20:02 < sepp> but yes, it is slow

20:54 < Fatal> I know it's not dialogs fault, something happens inbetween that's beyond me at the moment why it's slow, but it's of no big concern
20:55 < LMJ> moin moin
21:13 < Fatal> hmm, anyone that does a crosscompile for mips on a x86 system? I've tried with trunk and 6.0 and on trunk I get halted on glibc and on 6.0 during automake
21:16 < sepp> not sure about mips
21:35 < rxr> mips should work
21:35 < rxr> -- one or another patch that dos not apply
21:35 < rxr> here and there
21:36 < rxr> but in trunk I just recently fixed two issues on mips ..
21:40 < Fatal> [trunk] removing the patch that does not apply gets me error about linuxthreads addon missing (I need glibc for the time being)
21:40 < Fatal> [6.0] automake !> configure: error: cannot guess build type; you must specify one
21:52 < Fatal> oh. I think I've missed something, aren't I supposed to build the host stuff first?
21:56 < Fatal> automake gets called with --host=i686-nocross-linux-gnu, but there are no such binaries around

22:41 < yokoy> how could I fix this:
22:41 < yokoy> configure: error: Could not find a glib-genmarshal in your PATH
22:41 < yokoy> ?
22:41 < yokoy> 1-glib

22:47 < sepp> build the 'glib' package?
22:49 < yokoy> sepp: yes
22:49 < sepp> glib-genmarshal is part of glib
22:49 < yokoy> sepp: I just googled some error messages with the same probleme
22:50 < yokoy> sepp: yes, it es part of glib and I do not cross compile
22:50 < sepp> not cross compile and glib error in stage 1?
22:50 < sepp> weird
22:51 < yokoy> well, it is a 64bit host (amd x2)
22:52 < yokoy> target x86-686
22:53 < yokoy> that is *not* cross compiled, is it?
22:54 < sepp> no
22:55 < yokoy> ah, some thing I could test is to switch back to the bash
22:55 < yokoy> now I am using zsh
